Initiatives
"May by Bike" Challenge
The Klee Nantes teams were mobilized for the "May by Bike" Challenge. This challenge mobilized 90% of the employees, with more than 700km covered by bike, which enabled 134kg of CO2 to be avoided. In addition to this challenge, Klee Group made a donation equivalent to the number of kilometers covered to the association Un sourire dans les yeux d'Anne-Charlotte.
Quality of Life at Work
Every year, Klee organizes the QWL Week. For five days, employees are invited to take part in various workshops, led by external speakers, on health and well-being. Throughout the year, other QWL workshops are also organized and available on the Klee Academy platform.
Sustainable Development Weeks
From September to October, the European Week for Sustainable Development (EWSD) takes place. On this occasion, the group launches initiatives to promote sustainable development. In 2021, employees were able to challenge themselves through challenges and quizzes on themes such as equal opportunities, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), responsible digital technology and the carbon footprint.
Charity races
Several races are organized each year to raise employee awareness and get them involved in the causes supported by the Group. This year, the employees of La Boursidière took part in the Course du Souffle against cystic fibrosis, while the employees of Klee Nantes took part in the Odysséa race against breast cancer.
eco-design
A group has been created with volunteer employees to work on the eco-design of our products and services. To carry out the approach, employees are trained in the eco-design of digital services and in responsible digital design.
The Group is working on solutions not only to limit the environmental impact of our activities but also to promote accessibility in line with Klee's commitment to digital inclusion.
consumption
Although there was significant growth in headcount between 2017 and 2019, electricity consumption remained stable over the three years. The generalization of teleworking in 2020 has also significantly reduced this consumption.
As part of the recycling of its IT equipment (computers, CPUs, hard disks, mice, etc.), Klee Conseil & Intégration works with APR2, a social economy industrial company located in the Yvelines.
Klee uses Shred-it to recycle its paper and has drastically reduced its consumption. The coffee capsules used by the employees are recycled by the Happy Recyclers.
carbon footprint
Although the year 2020 is not representative because of the consequences of Covid-19, the Group has carried out its first carbon assessment. The Group's carbon footprints will be carried out every year to enable the monitoring and adaptation of action plans.
Klee is committed to a voluntary approach to measuring and improving GHG reduction. Several actions have been put in place to reduce our emissions. The part of the emissions that cannot be reduced will be compensated.
Local communities
Klee Group has chosen to work with local suppliers, close to its sites, whenever possible, for various categories of purchases. The Group's Responsible Purchasing approach is currently being structured. It will enable us to build a lasting partnership with our suppliers.
Most of our customers are located in France. Klee Group deploys solutions for them, including solutions in the environmental and health fields.
donations
Through its activities, Klee Studio donates all its products to associations in all the world countries where it operates. Since these actions were set up, approximately 40,000 products (food and hygiene products as well as pet food and accessories) are distributed to various associations each year.
