The Organic Law relating to the Finance Laws (LOLF) came into force on 1 January 2006. Its implementation is complex and has led to considerable upheaval in the working methods and organisations of the government sector.

- Consultancy in Organisation & Method for the Performance section of the LOLF,
- Design of performance indicators,
